I’m surprised the three minutes it would have taken that scooter to travel the six feet from the left edge of the frame to the middle wasn’t enough time for the cameraman to notice her and not take the shot.
Maybe he just didn’t want to wait another three minutes for her to get fully out of frame.
Good Gawd, that looks like one of Terry Gilliam’s animated segues on Monty Python. I can almost here the “VRRRRRRRR” sound effect as the lady troll passes by. We just need Spiny Norman peering over the school roof and saying “Dinesdale?”
